A participatory public art project exploring processes of community and civic engagement for the Foundry Building located in East Cambridge.  Presented by Lesley University in partnership with Cambridge Arts, City of Cambridge, the Lemelson-MIT Program, and the Community Redevelopment Authority on behalf of the Foundry Consortium.

Cambridge residents will have the opportunity to find out more about this public art project at a community breakfast and project site visit to engage with the project on:

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Where: Multicultural Arts Center at 41 Second Stree

8:00 a.m. coffee and conversation at the Multicultural Arts Center (41 Second Street)
8:30 a.m. presentations and activities 
9:30 a.m. walk as we are able to the Foundry Building (180 Bent St. side of the building)

If you missed the launch, there’s still time to participate!

This participatory public art event is ongoing until December 1, 2019. All Cambridge residents are encouraged to stop by 180 Bent Street to write down your hopes for the Foundry building.
